Thank you for shopping at The Little Things. We aim to ensure that your order is delivered smoothly, and as quick as possible. Please review the following shipping policies to understand how your order will be processed and shipped.
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur beyond our control due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- The Little Things is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- The Little Things is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
- We currently do/do not ship internationally.
